WHO WE ARE
We are a family-run design-build studio based in Ulster County, working across the Hudson Valley on NetBuilt homes, custom residential projects, and renovations.
Our work combines hands-on construction experience with design thinking, systems coordination, and a focus on long-term building performance. We focus on creating homes that are carefully considered, well-built, and designed for lasting comfort.
How We Work
We work as a fully integrated design-build team across all NetBuilt homes, custom projects, and renovations.
This means design and construction are developed together from the beginning, rather than being separated into disconnected phases. We start by understanding goals, site conditions, and scope, then continually align design decisions with how the home will actually be built.
This approach keeps projects coordinated from concept through completion and reduces gaps between intent and execution.
Clear communication is central to our process. Clients are kept informed throughout, and decisions are made transparently before work proceeds.
