Ellenville Retrofit

2025-2026 // Level 3 Retrofit // Design-build

It has been a worth while journey to retrofit this old funky Ellenville home. We have supplied all necessary plans and permitting for this project as well as the contracting contract. This is a Level three renovation with an extensive scope of work down to the timbers as well as roof extensions, new floor plans and a new slab in the basement. We have included a full polyiso building envelope, all new electrical-plumbing systems, solar panels and an Arctic Heat pump system to support ducted air conditioning and radiant heating throughout. We really enjoyed installing the IKON (link to name to website) tilt and turn aluminum clad european windows and the standing seam metal roof as well as all new custom siding and cedar decking. Estimated finish date for this project is march 2026 so we will update this project as we get closer.
