2024 // Full Renovation with Additions // Design-build

This design project centered on reimagining a historic, iconic Italianate-style home in the city of Hudson. Over the course of a year, we collaborated closely with the building department and historic preservation commission to develop additions and new floor plans that complemented and preserved the building's distinctive architectural style and historic significance. While we did not take on the construction contract for this project, we enjoyed delivering permit-ready plan sets for the client and streamlining the approval process.
