2024 // Full Renovation with Additions // Design-build

This eight-month project involved a comprehensive level-three renovation and redesign. We completely gutted the exterior walls and removed all internal framing to accommodate entirely new floor plans. To create a vaulted ceiling in the front (east) half of the building and install a new curtain wall window system, we removed half of the existing roof trusses.

The goal was to transform a conventionally constructed duplex into a modern space while retrofitting the building systems to eliminate all fuel consumption. This included installing a new heat pump system and solar panel array. Our team completed all design plans in-house in collaboration with MCK engineering.
