Building Performance & Energy Efficiency
We integrate energy-conscious building strategies into both renovations and new construction.
In existing homes, this can include targeted improvements such as insulation upgrades, air sealing, mechanical system updates, and envelope improvements that significantly enhance comfort and efficiency.
In new construction, performance is embedded from the start through design, material selection, and construction detailing.
Our goal is not to overcomplicate systems, but to improve how homes perform in practical, measurable ways: comfort, durability, and operating efficiency.
